Having beating Kanvilli FC 4-2 at home last week,the baby blues of Ghana(Under 12s of Manchester City babies), were hoping to make it a double against the Kanvilli lads but it did not materialize for the baby blues because the Kanvilli lads held them to 2-2 draw at their park.It was a hard fought draw for the baby blues as they have to come from two goals down to draw two all with their opponents.The Kanvilli boys started strongly and scored two goals in the first period through Abdul Gaani and Micheal Awuni in the 10th and 28th minute respectively,they held on to this goals till the end of the first period.The baby blues then came back strongly in the second period and got some two quick goals in the 48th and 55th minute through fast improving midfielder Kwabena Aboagye.After that both sides struggled to get the match winner but due to the brilliance shown by the defensive set up of both sides prevented another goal in the game.It was no surprise when the referee blew his whistle for the end of the game.

The team is currently preparing hard for the assessment exercise we will go through this september before being admitted into the northern regional colts league.We hope we will meet all their requirements.Some of their requiments include,readiness of us in terms of entery and affiliation fees,equipments of the team etc.But we will soon get some kits from Alex Channon,the chair of the CSA who launch an appeal for funds recently to buy football equipments for us.
