The twinkle twinkle little blues this afternoon made every follower and sympathizer proud by beating Tiyumba FC by three goals to one to reach the finals of the ongoing mini league.The Blues outplayed and outclassed their opponent in all departments of the game.The boys got the openner as early as the 12th minute when skipper Zaki heads home a cross from Kwabena,the second came minutes later in the 24th minute through highly rated midfielder Firdaus when he leashed a thunder bolt shot outside the 18 yard box that went straight into the net for the second goal.The blues could have made it three nil in the 35th minute but Haggai header missed the goal post of Tiyumba by inches,the result remains two nil to the end of the first half.

When the second half resumes the Tiyumba lads improved their game with some decent moves that resulted in some chances but their strikers could not utilised those chances.Their moral demoralised again when the blues was awarded a penalty in the 59th minute which was expectly taken by Haggai to make it three nil.After the goal the blues lifted up their game again and was entertaining the crowd with some good football of good inter positional passes which drew a lot of applause from the crowd.Tiyumba got their consolation goal in the 85th mintute when they were awarded a penalty after Mohammed handled the ball in the blues 18 yard box.After the closing whistle it was celebration galore for the kids and every supporter of the Blues.We now wait on the winner of tommorow match between satanter Fc and Sagnarigu Youth to see who we are to meet in saturdays finals.
