The under 12s of the baby blues was yesterday crowned as the champions of the Pre season gala competition.They have beaten Real Republicans by a goal to nil yesterday.The goal came as early as in the 5th minute scored by striker Haggai that separated the two sides.After the goal the Republican boys created some decent chances but goalkeeper Abdallah stood between them and the equalizer till the final whistle was blown which send the whole park in to a jubilant atmosphere.Most of the spectators at the stadium was backing the Blues because they were happy with the way a new team like us have made it to the finals of the the gala.Moreover Republicans is force to be reckon with in the region.They have made it to two finals out of the three age groups in the Gala,winning the u17 level and losing the u12 to the blues.The u14 was won by Great Eagles.When the blues victory was broken at our community it was jubilations everywhere both old and young were very happy about the victory of the baby blues.
